HOUSES - Calculated value of the square meter built in Brazil 

That table is applicable to constructions of houses of 2 or 3 rooms with 1 or 2 floors.

Houses of 1 pavement: multiply the number of square meters of his project for the appropriate value of the table to have the made calculations price of the construction.
Houses of 2 pavements: multiply the sum in square meters of the two pavements for the appropriate value of the table. Therefore after it multiplies the result for the factor of correction 0,926 to obtain the final price of his house.
